SalaryMacildowie are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional with a proven track record in Customer Service, sales, or business development. The company is seeking aCustomer Service Advisor to join their team based in Burton upon Trent.
Up to £25,000 | Monday to Friday | 9am - 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilises the in-house database to identify and engage existing customers, driving new orders and fostering increased business.
- Cultivates positive and enduring relationships with customers, gaining a deep understanding of their needs.
- Processes orders efficiently, ensuring customer details are accurate and up-to-date.
- Addresses queries and provides up-to-date product knowledge to meet customer needs effectively.
- Collaborates seamlessly with internal colleagues to deliver the best service to valued customers.
- Provides exceptional Customer Service, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer needs.
- Handles incoming calls, manages customer inquiries, and addresses complaints with precision, ensuring accurate information is recorded and communicated to the relevant parties.
- Manages and responds to customer inquiries received via phone, email, and LiveChat.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in Customer Service, sales, or business development is essential.
- The ideal candidate is self-motivated, proactive, and adept at using initiative to drive results.
- Possesses excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and attention to detail.
- A friendly and positive team player with an outstanding work ethic.
