Job Description
As Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for the following:
- Inbound/outbound calls with commercial banking customers
- Notifying customers via telephony and digital Customer Service that they are overdrawn
- Applying charges and pre-approved lending limits to customer accounts
- Dealing with day-to-day queries from business customers
- Making credit decisions
The Successful Applicant
The successful Customer Service Advisor will have the following experience:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong IT skills
- Minimum 2 years solid Customer Service experience within an office based setting
