Customer Service Advisor
GRG are seeking a proactive and personable Customer Service Advisor to join our client's team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for their customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with their clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests, concerns, and complaints
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
• Assist customers in navigating our website, troubleshooting technical issues, and processing orders
• Handle escalated issues and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution
• Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of Customer Service strategies
• Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and company developments

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Customer Service
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
• Empathy and a customer-centric mindset
• Proficiency in using Customer Service software and CRM systems
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• A commitment to providing exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in Customer Service is a plus

Job Offer:

• Coventry
• Temporary contract
• Up to £13.00 an hour BOE
• Monday to Friday - Full time hours
