MONDAY - FRIDAY: 07.00 - 17.00 ( 4O HOURS PER WEEK )
£11.95 per hour
People Solutions are looking for a Customer Service Advisor for our Client in Sutton Coldfield to start work immediately.

Day to Day Duties
- Providing a high level of Customer Service to clients, in writing and over the phone
- Creating reports and spreadsheets using Excel
- Completing orders and quality checks
- Financial calculations
- General admin duties
- Dealing with complaints effectively
- Providing excellent support to a key account
Essential Skills
- Must have at least 12 months Customer Service experience gained in an office or warehouse environment.
- Fully conversant on Word and Excel and Powerpoint
- Due to the location your own transport is required unless you are local to the Sutton Coldfield area.
Desirable Experience
Previous experience working with financial reports and calculations preferred but not necessary as training will be given
