Our client are the leading developer and operator of low-carbon electricity in the UK and Ireland.
They are looking for experienced Hybrid Customer Service and Call Centre Advisors to join their team in Cardiff.

Salary: 14.02 per hour (PAYE)
Contract: Initially 3-6 months, with extension likely
Working Hours: 37.5hrs per week, Monday to Friday, 08.30-17.00
Location: Cardiff/Hybrid (2 days in the office, 3 days from home)
Training: Full training on site for 2 weeks
Benefits: 28 days paid holiday & pension
What is the Role?
There are several Service Teams that support customers ranging from both inbound or outbound telephony, to supporting our customers via email and website communications.
You'll speak to customers on the phone making every experience a great one.
What do I need to be successful?
Previous experience working in a telephone-based Customer Service role (minimum 6 months).
Excellent IT skills - lots of systems to learn and navigate.
Be able to work on your own initiative, be inquisitive, decisive, and able to see tasks through to completion.
Your communication and decision-making skills will be second to none and you'll have excellent attention to detail.
Vetting Requirements:
Proof of Right to work in the UK
Proof of National Insurance - NI Card, payslip or P60/P45
Proof of Address dated within the last 3 months - Driver/provisional License, Utility bill, Bank statement etc.
3 Years referencing details (Blue Arrow will apply for these)
DBS (processed by Blue Arrow- External DBS accepted if on the update service)
Credit Check (processed by Blue Arrow)
