Quest Search & Selection are partnering with this British contemporary premium brand who is looking for a Customer Service Advisor in their Fashion Head office in West London.
This business has been going for over 12 years and find flattering, on-trend and beautifully made, designer quality clothes at prices that sit within the upper premium market for women clients in the mid 30's +.
You will play a crucial role in providing luxury service to customers through a variety of communication channels.
As a Customer Service Advisor - Fashion Head Office your key responsibilities will be :
- To deliver exceptional Customer Service across various channels: phone, email, and live chat.
- Cultivate relationships with customers, offering effective solutions to their inquiries.
- Demonstrate confidence in navigating the website and guiding customers to relevant information.
- Collaborate closely with other departments within the company and coordinate with the warehouse team for timely updates on customer queries.
- Collaborate with third-party partners to ensure smooth stock and order management.
- Participate in regular customer care training sessions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge through training, website updates, social media, and interactions with design, buying, and merchandising teams.
- Visit stores (circa twice a month ) to gain first-hand experience with products and offer informed advice.
- Assist customers and the department by processing orders, managing returns, and tracking deliveries.
To be successful in this Customer Service Advisor - Fashion Head Office position:
- Possess a genuine passion for fashion and delivering exceptional Customer Service.
- Ideally someone with prior experience in customer care/call centre, Retail fashion ,e-commerce, or as a Style or Customer Advisor.
- Required to work within shift patterns between 8:30am and 10:00pm
- If working office hours (up until 5pm) these will usually be in their Head Office in West London (on average twice or week or less)
- Exhibits a confident telephone manner along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable and confident in fast-paced work environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft and good technical skills.
- Organised with the ability to multitask.
- Capable of making confident decisions, prioritizing tasks, and working autonomously.
