Our Client are one of the fastest growing window manufacturers in the UK. Due to continuous business growth they are looking to recruit a Sales Order Processing & Customer Service Advisor on a permanent basis. They have a proven track record in developing talent and providing excellent career progression prospects.

Key responsibilities - Customer Service Advisor:

• As the SOP & Customer Service Advisor, you will be the key contact for Internal and External Customers throughout the ordering process.
• Ensure that global sales orders and goods returns are processed onto the system.
• Ensure that both inbound and outbound phone calls and emails are handled and executed within the agreed parameters, with Customer Service communication being best in class.
• Manage Customer Service queries to the highest level via telephone call and email.

Skills & experience- Customer Service Advisor:

• Prior experience within an order processing and Customer Service role is essential.
• Customer service focus with excellent communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Highly accurate with a strong attention to detail.
• Positive and pro-active attitude with the ability to work under pressure and under your own initiative.
• Able to efficiently use a computer including Microsoft Office and willingness to learn other business critical software.
• Ability to work as part of a team supporting colleagues where necessary.

Hours - Customer Service Advisor

• Monday to Friday (Apply online only) and (Apply online only) on a weekly rotating basis (30-minutes lunch break)

Benefits- Customer Service Advisor:

• Basic salary GBP22,000 p/a (negotiable)
• Bonus of GBP2,200 p/a (paid quarterly)
