Location – Southampton
Salary – £22,000
Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a fast-growing technology business with offices located across the UK and they are looking for a Customer Service Advisor.

Due to ongoing business growth, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Call Handler to support our busy call centre.

Role Responsibilities:
* Answering incoming calls, ensuring excellent Customer Service throughout
* Carry out other adhoc administrative duties as required
* Directing calls to the relevant departments or passing on messages
* Logging customer call outs into the company's service system
* Building rapport with customers by being professional, helpful and flagging any customer concerns with the team
* Updating and maintaining customer records
Skills & Experience:
• Previous experience within a Customer Service or call centre environment essential
• Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
• An eye for detail, taking pride in your work and willing to go the extra mile to ensure quality
• Good understanding of Outlook and IT/database systems
