We are seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and providing excellent customer service to patients.
Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks as required
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role is desirable
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is required
- Minimum of five GCSE grade C or above or equivalent, to include Maths and English
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 34 per week
