Medical Receptionist

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with a dynamic medical practice to recruit for a Medical Receptionist on a part-time temporary basis. Our client is a reputable health care facility dedicated to providing high-quality medical services to the community.

The Role:

As a Temporary Medical Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of the practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting patients and visitors
• Managing patient appointments and scheduling.
• Answering phone calls, emails and responding to inquiries.
• Processing patient prescriptions and updating records.
• Assisting with adhoc administrative tasks as needed.

The Person:

• The ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.

The package for this role includes an hourly rate of £11.50. working two days a week on a Monday and Friday, 9am-5pm based fully on site.
