Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting patients, answering phones, dealing with inquiries and sorting and distributing mail.
Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for patients - greeting in person and on the telephone
- Making and cancelling appointments
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Recording of all data/ information with accuracy
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- All other admin duties as required

Essential Criteria:
4 GCSE Grade A to C inc English and Maths
Excellent Communication and organisational skills
Evidence of working in a team and on own initiative
Desirable Criteria
Previous experience in reception/medical environment
Flexibility to cover sickness and holidays
Competent computer skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £11.44-£11.88 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
