We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor / Brand Ambassador to work for a leading global luxury car manufacturer in one of their retail stores. The role holder will provide world class Customer Service to prospective customers.

Customer Service Advisor / Brand Ambassador’s Core Duties

• Manage and screen incoming calls, and forward them on appropriately
• Be a brand ambassador and present the products to potential customers
• Support in the organisation of customer events and launches
• Provide logistical and administrative support
• Be professional and courteous at all times
• Oversee the tidiness and cleanliness of the studio

Customer Service Advisor / Brand Ambassador’s Skills Required

• Educated to A-level standard
• Experience working with premium hotel brands or luxury retail (automotive experience highly desirable)
• Experience in customer care or premium hospitality
• Good team working experience
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Best-in-class Customer Service skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Driving license class B (desirable)
• Ability to work 5 days per week covering Monday to Sundays on a rotation basis
