The role holder will provide world class Customer Service to prospective customers.

Customer Service Advisor / Brand Ambassador’s Core Duties
- Manage and screen incoming calls, and forward them on appropriately
- Be a brand ambassador and present the products to potential customers
- Support in the organisation of customer events and launches
- Provide logistical and administrative support
- Be professional and courteous at all times
- Oversee the tidiness and cleanliness of the studio
Customer Service Advisor / Brand Ambassador’s Skills Required
- Educated to A-level standard
- Experience working with premium hotel brands or luxury retail (automotive experience highly desirable)
- Experience in customer care or premium hospitality
- Good team working experience
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Best-in-class Customer Service skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Driving license class B (desirable)
- Ability to work 5 days per week covering Monday to Sundays on a rotation basis
