Administration Assistant - Liverpool - £10.50-£11.50 p/hour - 3 months
Robert Half are working with a leading global organisation on the recruitment of an Administration Assistant on an initial 3 month contract. This role is based in the office 5 days p/week so please only apply if you are able to commit to 5 days in the office
You will have great organisation skills and have good experience on Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries. Skills:
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time
- Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
