Customer Service Advisors required to work with Stoke based local Council forn going temporary position based in Stoke.
My client is looking for a experienced Customer Service Advisors and administrators work in their offices. Work will invlove taking calls and data entry. This is a temporary position paid weekly based from their central Stoke office.
Start date: 26th March
Duration/ Contract type: (5months temporary contract potientally longer)
Hours: 9.00am - 17.00pm Monday - Friday
Pay: 12 - 12.25 per hour depending on experience
Role:
To provide an efficient and effective telephone and face to face service specified for the Corporate Contact Centre and one-stop shop service. 2. To provide an efficient, effective, empathetic and responsive service to the public and a commitment to customer care and service.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate would have previous experience within Customer Service, administration and good communication skills.
Previous similar experience an relevant job is acceptable.
Ideally good IT knowledge and communication skills.
