We are looking for a Customer Service Apprentice to provide exceptional Customer Service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns
Main Duties
Duties: –
- Provide exceptional Customer Service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns
- Analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations – Upsell products or services to customers when applicable
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Handle customer complaints or escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues or inquiries
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction

Desired Qualifications
GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English grade 4 or above
