Responsibilities:
- Enquiry Processing: Respond promptly and professionally to rental inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of rental agreements, contracts, and related paperwork.
- Query Resolution: Address customer queries regarding rental terms, availability, and pricing.
