SalaryA dynamic and innovative business within construction are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator with building experience on a permanent basis. You will play an integral part in providing support to customers and contractors as well as other areas of the business across the UK.
Salary: £28,000 plus bonuses
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Your main responsibilities are will be;
- Ensure contact is made with every customer following legal completion and maintain regular contact throughout
- Effective and professional communication with customers to correctly manage customer expectations.
- To issue documentation as and when required or requested to assist the homeowner in the use and understanding of their new home.
- To ensure accurate and speedy data input into the Customer Service operating system.
- Ensure the correct and effective co-ordination of remedial tasks with geographical radius.
- Effective communications with contractors and other third parties to ensure SLA compliance.
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following;
- A strong understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
- A good telephone manner and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Salesforce experience
