Are you looking for a busy and involved Customer Service Administration role in a highly successful and expanding Global Organisation ?
Do you have previous Customer Service and administration experience and excellent communication skills ?
Are you proficient in Word and Excel ?
If so this is the perfect Customer Service Coordinator role for you.
As a Customer Service Coordinator you will be responsible for delivering outstanding Customer Service via email and telephone to retail partners and you duties will be many and varied but will include :-
- Dealing with stock availability and price information
- Managing retail customer orders and processing the orders
- Analysing data and customer performance
- Recording values of orders
- Assisting the merchanding team with order processing and administration
- Liaising with sales reps and agents regarding customer accounts, enquiries and orders
- Keeping customer records up to date
- Compiling weekly forecasts
- Monitoring orders on the system to ensure they meet customer delivery dates and shipping targets
- Communicating with customers about deliveries and arranging booking slots if required
- Full administrative and Customer Service support.
This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with 2 years Customer Service and Administration experience to join a Global Brand at their Head Office in Poole,
This is a permanent role which offers excellent career opportunities along with a highly competitive salary, flexitime hours and hybrid working.
The role is working in the Poole office 3 days a week and working from home 2 days a week so someone local to Poole is essential - free parking is available on site.
This position is working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday with the option of flexitime hours
