Service Coordinator
We are looking for a professional administrator to join our client’s team as Service Coordinator. In this role you will support Account Managers with administrative duties whilst liaising with customers.
This is a full-time permanent role based in Harrogate. Salary is £25,000 p/a plus excellent benefits such as 32 days annual leave (including bank holidays) and birthday off.
Responsibilities:
- Manage service inbox emails.
- Job confirmations with customers
- Daily support to Account Managers (including holiday relief)
- Booking in jobs both pre-planned maintenance and re-active work in line with customer specific service level agreements.
- Updating customer portals with job information, quotations and invoices
- Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with customers and suppliers.
- Liaise effectively with team members and other departments to ensure customer service is optimised.
Requirements:
- Previous administration experience
- Relevant telephone based customer service experience.
- Strong experience in a similar busy and fast paced office environment
- Strong communication skills in person, on the phone and in email
- Competent computing skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and CRM systems)
- High level of attention to detail and positive attitude toward resolving issues directly
- Ability to manage own workload in a timely manner.
