The Company:
A technology focused manufacturing company, this well established business design and manufacture bespoke machinery for an international customer base. The service side of this business has grown massively over the last few years and they are looking to expand the department to deliver excellent service levels to their customers.
The Role:
This is a varied role and plays an integral part within the service department.
- Purchasing of materials
- Dispatch components/spare parts to customers in the UK and overseas
- Dealing with internal departments including warehouse, engineering, projects, and supply chain to ensure customers orders are processed on time and in full (OTIF)
Required Experience:
- An engineering and/or technical background is required.
- The Service/Spare parts coordinator must be IT literate and well organised.
- Experience within the engineering /manufacturing industry would be an advantage.
- Perhaps you are an engineer looking to progress into a more commercial role?
