SalaryJuice are delighted to be working with a leading company based in Gloucester in their search for a Customer Care Coordinator.
If you are passionate about providing excellent Customer Service and have previous office experience, this is the ideal role for you.
Day to day:
- Processing sales orders
- Using the company internal systems to receive and process sales orders
- Answering incoming customer calls in a professional manner
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing the expected standard to ensure full customer satisfaction
- Communicate order status updates and delivery information to customers
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve any problems or keep track of orders
We love to see:
- Previous experience working within a Customer Service role
- Excellent computer literacy and experience in MS Office Applications
- Previous office experience is desirable
- Someone who is able to work well within a fast-paced environment
- Professional phone etiquette
