Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with various departments for optimal personnel allocation.
-Address customer enquiries, confirm appointments, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
-Ensure smooth workflows, aligning schedules with business objectives.
Requirements:
-Previously worked a Service Coordinator or in a similar role.
-Proven scheduling or customer services experience, ideally in a service-oriented sector.
-Strong knowledge of the with the geographical landscape of the UK.
-Skilled in scheduling software and MS Office.
-Familiarity with the pest industry. (Beneficial)
