Are you a focused and customer-focused professional ready to take the reins as a Customer Service Coordinator? Join our great team in delivering quality service to our valued customers in the pet and equine industries.
As a Customer Service Co-ordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Providing best in class Customer Service to ensure satisfaction every time. You will manage and coordinate customer orders and queries working closely with Supply Chain, Nutritionists and Commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire customer journey, from order processing to invoicing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients in the pet and equine sectors.
- Develop positive relationships with both external customers and internal stakeholders to enhance collaboration and streamline processes.
- Collaborate closely with the planning and production teams to ensure effective coordination between Customer Service and production, optimising overall efficiency.
- Represent the Customer Service function at species meetings, actively participating in discussions and contributing valuable insights. Occasional visits to external customers alongside commercial teams
- Demonstrate a collaborative approach in dealing with customer issues, providing effective and timely resolutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent Customer Service.
- Ability to effectively deal with issues and provide solutions.
- Prior experience in a Customer Service function is needed.
- Ability to seamlessly integrate into and enhance the dynamics of the existing team.
- Comfortable working on your own initiative but also know when to escalate issues.
