We are looking for two Customer Service Coordinators to join their dynamic Customer service team. You will be responsible for handling all Customer Service enquiries, especially managing exceptions throughout the shipment cycle. You will work closely with sales, operations, and other departments to facilitate any changes requested by the customer or communicate any changes initiated. You will also implement strategic directions, such as introducing new online tools or promoting new services to customers.
We welcome candidates who have no experience in the shipping/logistics industry, as this company are happy to train you and have an excellent track record of doing so. In this case, the role would be Junior Customer Service Coordinator and the salary would be at the lower end of the range. However, we also welcome candidates who have experience in Customer Service especially in shipping or logistics, and the salary and the job title will reflect that.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Office based Customer Service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Data entry skills and good attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a close team, and independently.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• IT literacy; ideally familiar with Microsoft suite
