We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a multi-award winning supplier in Bacton, Stowmarket. This is full-time temporary - permanent role, paying £12.00 - £13.00 per hour (depending on experience). Working in the office Monday - Friday 8:30-17:00 in the Hire Department.
Duties of the Customer Service Coordinator role include:
- Dealing with enquiries from new and existing customers, sending quotations and processing orders.
- Communicating with different departments to establish and achieve daily workflow and fulfilling customer requirements.
- Maintaining hire fleet records working with the hire workshop team on returning stock quality checklist.
- Discussing and reporting any required site maintenance customers may have.
- Processing report damages to charge out to clients.
- Speaking with external suppliers booking waste tank empties and any cross hired equipment, raising purchase orders.
- Keeping customers up to date with delivery ETA's and arranging collections.
Skills and Experience of the Customer Service Coordinator role include:
- Customer service/call centre experience.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Very high standard of IT skills.
- Experience with CRM databases.
- Strong work ethic.
