As a Member Account Executive, you’ll work within our Member Engagement team to enhance member satisfaction and loyalty. Your role involves assisting with member queries, processing applications, and ensuring top-notch Customer Service.
Location: Stevenage
Hours: 35 hours per week (flexible as needed)
Salary £24,000 – £25,000 per annum – pro rata

Responsibilities for Customer Service Executive:
- Assist members through phone, email, and SMS.
- Follow up on potential member leads from various activities.
- Process new member applications and renewals.
- Handle member payments securely.
- Reach out to members for retention efforts.
- Promote company’s services to potential and existing members.
- Maintain communication standards with members.
- Share feedback with teams based on member insights.
- Represent company at events when required.
- Collaborate with partners for member scheme administration.
- Adhere to company policies, including Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion.
What you need for Customer Service Executive:
- Experience in Customer Service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Attention to detail and sensitivity to member needs.
- Familiarity with data protection standards.
Please note this is a fixed term contract for 6 months initially.
