Salary: £24,750 per annum plus monthly bonus

On Target Earnings: £27,000- £30,000 per annum

Hours: 9.15am - 6.30pm Monday to Friday

Location: Bournemouth- Full time Office based

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, involves contacting customers who have a pre-booked appointment and providing a free Trust service, ensuring beneficiaries are documented for their life insurance policies. You'll handle incoming calls, and also explore added cover and products to give families that extra peace of mind.

With most of your time spent on the phone, your communication and organisational skills will be in the spotlight. However, don't worry - they are here to support you in every step. Together, you can both ensure no customer leaves without a smile!

So, what will you actually be doing in this thrilling position? Let's break it down:

  • Guide customers through pre-booked trust appointments, ensuring beneficiaries are recorded correctly for their life insurance policies
  • Proactively identify opportunities to discuss additional products and protection for their families. You'll be their superhero, offering the best solutions to safeguard their loved ones
  • Complete necessary trust paperwork and send it to customers for review after the appointment
  • Process returned and completed trust documentation, carefully reviewing all information for accuracy. If any amendments are needed, you'll communicate them to their customers
  • Answer incoming calls from their amazing customers and external parties, always providing top-notch service
  • Collaborate with insurers, addressing any questions or queries on behalf of their customers. You'll be their trusted advocate
