SalaryThey are looking to start a brand-new team of outbound callers who will be reaching out to customers who have recently cancelled insurance plans. There is no cold calling in the role, and the emphasis is on service, welfare and ultimately retention; finding out why customers have cancelled and reminding them of the benefits of having the insurance.
We are looking for candidates who are strong team players with a friendly and approachable nature. You must have a confident telephone manner, be comfortable making outbound calls and have a passion for delivering first class Customer Service; previous customer retention experience would be a distinct advantage.
You must have good IT skills, outstanding communication skills and will also be a quick thinker and problem solver.
There are immediate starts available for these full-time permanent positions, you will work a standard 37.5 hour week on a rota basis between the hours of 09:00 am and 20:00 pm, some Saturday working might be required, although this is still subject to confirmation.
Salary will be from £24k to £28k per annum, this will largely be dependent on experience but to achieve the higher end of the bracket you must be able to demonstrate skills and experience related to leading teams and training new starters plus you will have experience of working in the veterinary industry and familiarity with the Merlin Vet Management Systems.
