Customer Service Lead

As a Customer Service Lead at Sodexo in Luton - LU1 3LU, You'll will be responsible for our corporate sites continuous improvement and operational excellence.   What you’ll do:  

Coordinate with the building authorities for building related matters 
Work closely with finance to ensure vendors are paid on time 

Ensure all operational and safety procedures are properly followed 

What you bring:  

Previous experience within a similar role would be beneficial
A keen eye for detail – nothing goes unnoticed 
Excellent communication skills: ability to connect and work with a young and demanding set of employees 
Energetic and capable of taking initiative and decisions when needed
