Responsibilities
- Managing the Customer Service team and office support for the remote sales team
- Deal with customer enquiries, ensuring a high level of Customer Service is always provided.
- Identify areas of development and ways to improve the overall customer experience.
- Enable order processing, dispatch, and delivery in the most cost effective and efficient way.

Requirements
- Ability to provide excellent Customer Service.
- Previous Management experience required.
- Experience of using SAP or similar databases
- Good understanding of legislation in the distribution of product overseas.
- Sound IT knowledge, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in the export processes is desirable.
