Page Group are working in partnership with a leading manufacturer and supplier of clothing / textiles, supply customers in almost every industry. The role of Customer Service Manager will oversee and internal team and lead the service offering to customer across the region
Job Description
- Lead and oversee an internal team responsible for all elements of customer support from placing and changing orders, to on-boarding new customers
- Reasonable for driving on time in full deliveries to B2B customers
- Build strong working relationships with B2B customers which will lead to retention and opportunities for business growth
- Work closely with wider operations including logistics, production and supply chain to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Work with and oversee internal account managers responsible for managing key customer relationships
- Undertake customer account reviews where required to identify areas for improvement across the service offering
- Drive service excellence across the board leading to increased sales and retention
- Provide key reports to the General Manager regards service performance
- Continuously identify areas for improvements across the customer operation
- Support finance and credits control where required to manage customer invoice's
The Successful Applicant
- Experience managing a similar Customer Service function
- Ability to build strong working relationships
- Excellent communications skills
- Understanding of wider operations
- Full UK driving lisence
What's on Offer
The role of Customer Service Manager will join a national manufacturer and service provider within the distribution and supply chain sector.
This role will be based locally in Leeds but will require occasional travel to customer site.
Salary of £40,000 - £41,500 plus company car and bonus
