Customer Service

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent face-to-face Customer Service by assisting customers with inquiries, requests, and concerns
• Maintain a welcoming and professional environment in the Customer Service area
• Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
• Keep abreast of product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
• Process customer orders and returns according to company policies and procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the Customer Service area

Requirements

• No prior experience necessary; comprehensive training will be provided
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in retail or Customer Service roles is advantageous but not essential

Pay: £21,109.00-£22,434.00 per year
