Job Purpose:
The Customer Service Team plays a vital role within our organisation, collaborating with all departments to ensure smooth processes and excellent Customer Service. This role entails various administrative tasks to meet customer and business requirements.
Key Accountabilities:
Customer Services:
- Act as the main point of contact for customers via telephone and email.
- Handle, resolve, and document all customer complaints.
- Manage customer orders and inquiries using SAP.
- Ensure accurate completion of supplier-to-retailer transactions.
- Investigate and resolve disputes within supplier-to-retailer transactions.
- Address and resolve issues with customer accounts.
- Complete all administrative tasks to support customers.
Back-Office Support:
- Assist Account Managers with administrative tasks, including reporting.
- Provide support to the Assets and Finance departments.
- Keep Account and Asset Managers informed of any issues.
- Perform general office management tasks.
Skills/Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
- Customer service/administration experience (minimum 1 year).
- Experience in logistics/supply chain (desirable).
- SAP experience (desirable).
- Ability to multitask effectively.

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00. Bank holidays required.
