Customer Service Officer
Undertaking all aspects of sales office administration in the busy commercial department of the SaicaPaper Mill in Carrington.
This Customer Service Officerrole involves both customer and interdepartmental liaison. Duties involve but are not limited to commercial planning, production & delivery planning/programming, receiving & processing sales orders, communication with customers, coordinating shipments withLogistics, managing customer specifications and providing high quality Customer Service
- Knowledge and experience of a Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) would be advantageous as would previous account management experience
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proactive and effective prioritisation
- Professional & commercial approach to both customers & colleagues
- Attention to detail and use of initiative
- Work well within a team
- Previous experience of administration in a busy sales/manufacturing environment is essential
