The Role
We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our sales team immediately. Customer Service order processor, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth processing of customer orders, facilitating prompt dispatches for next-day deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, assisting customers with orders for fixings/ironmongery products.
- Address customer queries promptly and effectively.
- Process orders received via telephone and email accurately.
- Coordinate orders for forward planning.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline operations.
- Undertake general administrative tasks such as filing, archiving, and maintaining office systems.

- Exceptional telephone etiquette.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong punctuality and attendance record.
- Proficient in sales Order Processing.
- Ensure timely and professional handling of incoming calls, transferring them as necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar sales support or customer-facing role.
- Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Work Schedule
- 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
- No weekend work required.

Salary: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
