Customer Service Representative

Working within a busy call centre environment, your duties will include:
* Dealing with Customer Service-related enquiries
* Processing all telephone and email applications within company service standards
* Ensuring all application rejections / queries are followed up and resolved in an efficient and customer focused manner
* Ensuring all amendments are completed accurately and in a timely manner and within company guidelines
You will have:
* Previous Customer Service experience
* First class verbal and written communication skills
* High levels of accuracy
* Good administration / IT skills
* Experience of Word & Excel

This role is full-time, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 08:30 and 17:30, and Saturday mornings on a rota, with the option to work hybrid if desired.
