We are ideally looking for someone with previous call centre or sales experience who is comfortable with making outbound calls to support the sales team.
The role comes with progression to develop into a sales executive's role.
The role is onsite daily.
Duties:
- Calling form a CRM database or lapsed and clients who have not used out services.
- Work and support a sales executive and report back any information regarding appointments.
- Liaise with customers regarding delays due to manufacture/stock.
- Dealing with customer complaints professionally, looking into any issues and aiming to resolve these.
- Pro-actively addressing any queries before they become an issue.
- Advising customers of equipment due for service (via email, telephone & letter).
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge of products
- Update CRM database.
- Handling incoming calls and queries from customers.
Requirements:
- IT literate with accurate keyboard skills.
- An excellent eye for detail, with good written communication skills, spelling, grammar & punctuation.
- Great listening skills.
- Positive and helpful attitude.
- Desire to succeed and progress within our organisation.
- Experience in a Customer service environment is essential.
