Ellis Mason have partnered exclusively with a highly credible business based in Bishops Stortford to help them find a CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR .
This role is for an experienced supervisor and would suit someone who would be keen to progress into the management role with training.
For the role of CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR , you will need to have an assertive personality and the drive to learn a new industry. You will need to enjoy a semi corporate working environment where you will be governed by legislation and essential paperwork. You will need to be confident at managing customer relationships and competent in managing a small team of approx 5.
The role of CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR is available immediately.
THE SALARY & BENEFITS
- Salary circa £30,000-£35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

- Monday to Friday office hours of 9 am - 5 pm on a permanent, full time basis

THE JOB
The main duties included within the role of the CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR , are:
- Monitoring the productivity and day to day activities of a small team
- Implementing new processes
- Assisting & developing the current team members
- Providing training & support
- Building relationships with our customer accounts
- Overseeing the teams relationships with their customer base
- Managing the supplier relationships
- Onboarding new customers and suppliers
- Ensuring that all data input into the CRM is complete & accurate
- Chasing customers and suppliers for outstanding paperwork
- Assisting in the close of new business wins
- Develop and expand our product offering
- Explore and develop our social media presence
- Liaising with HR with regards to recruitment and onboarding of new staff
