Evolve are recruiting for an innovative medical device company who are seeking a Customer Services Supervisor to join a highly successful and rewarding team. The purpose of this exciting role is to lead a product support service team supporting patients and business partners across Europe, specifically within Spain.
You will be responsible for people, processes and performance and will work directly with the local and regional leadership teams to ensure teams are engaged.
Salary and Package
- Circa £43,000 basic DOE
- 30 days annual leave
- Pension Scheme
- 4% bonus
- £800 lunch bonus allowance
Ideal Requirement for a Customer Services Supervisor
- Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese
- Communicate and report upwards effectively, including preparation of budgets and change requests steaming from clear business needs.
- Streamlined operations management: Oversaw shift organization, workflow optimisation, demand-capacity analysis, productivity enhancement, and service level management.
- Able to use MS office suite comfortably.
Role Responsibilities for Customer Services Supervisor
- Improve how we handle phone calls, paperwork, and interactions with patients in our healthcare service.
- Strive to improve team and operations performance by overseeing the implementation of digital technology.
- Provide short updates on service standards and assist the Hub Manager in planning and reviewing weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings.
- Supply accurate forecast, annual and longer-range operational plans.
