We are seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to lead and manage our customer
service team. As the Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for
ensuring exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and maintaining a
high level of customer satisfaction.
Entry Requirements of this Job:
The minimum requirement for this job is that the candidate must possess a
BTEC/SQA award, A levels/H grades or equivalent qualification. However
experience in working in similar position for long time will be considered and
preferred.
Tasks required by this job include:
As a marketing executive, you will need to:
Looking after the roster/shifts for all staff under your supervision.
Monitoring on-going compliance with procedures in order to ensure best
service to the customers.
Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, customer
satisfaction, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
Deal with each complaint immediately to ensure proper CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Contact with the delivery driver and the customer if necessary and solve any
complaint or issues as soon as possible to ensure best CUSTOMER SERVICE.
To attend phone calls in relation with CUSTOMER SERVICE
To contact the DPD, EVRI and other company if necessary to solve any
query.
