The ideal candidate must have a great passion for contemporary cuisine and must be a true leader and mentor to their kitchen brigade.
The successful candidate must have the experience required to create the most outstanding seasonal menus following the most exacting standards and values, you must be organised and thrive in a busy and fast-paced environment.
We are looking for someone who comes from premium high-volume operations and is willing to take a new adventure in an internationally expanding restaurant group.
