Customer Services - can be three days home based and two office based!
UK leading company with a massive online presence are looking to recruit an experienced customer professional able to provide service and mediation in complaint cases. A varied role with on the job training and career progression.
The Role
Providing excellent attention to each case
Liaison with two parties to resolve a complaint
Being aware of company policies and procedures (training given)
Responding to new queries and ongoing queries
Responding to emails and sending out correspondence
Remaining impartial to supplier and customer dispute
Working to SLAs and KPIs
Attending meetings with your line manager to update on issues
Preparing own emails and correspondence
Skills and Experience
Essential skills is the ability to provide an excellent level of customer support
Be adept with MS Word and Excel and ideally a CRM system
Able to multi task and work to deadlines and a team player
