Hours: 8am – 4.30pm
We are excited to be working with this reputable Bamber Bridge based company who have been established for over 100 years. Due to constant growth and expansion, they are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their Logistics team.
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Handling customer queries via both telephone and email
- Analysing reports, checking delivery timescales / ETA’s
- Tracking deliveries, ensuring that deliveries meet agreed timescales
- Updating and maintaining the internal system and Transport system
- Liaising with own fleet and sub-contractor drivers
- Entering delivery details accurately onto the system
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Excellent attention to detail, with accurate data entry skills
- Good time management
