Crown Worldwide Group has an opening for an Office Resale Customer Services Administrator to join our Office Resale team based at our Crown Workspace office based at Ardra Road, Edmonton, London N9.
The Office Resale Customer Services Administrator is a permanent position offering a salary between £25,000 – £28,000 per annum.

The Role
The role of Office Resale Customer Services Administrator is an integral one within the Office Resale team. The role is responsible for managing and executing the internal and external communications strategy for the Crown Group and its portfolio of brands.
What you will do as a Customer Services Administrator:
Assist the Office Resale team in their day to day duties, answering the phone and emails to customers and internal teams.
- Manage client requests, passing on to the relevant departments as necessary.
- Ensure feedback is received for each project.
- Liaise with clients on delivery and collection dates.
- Suggest improved efficiency in our methods.
- Update project trackers with key dates.
- Be compassionate with our customers when issues arise.
- The Office Resale Customer Services Administrator will work as part of a close-knit team, assisting each other where necessary.
Skill and Experience
Essential:
• Experience in customer service, excel, outlook and word, with a helpful and efficient telephone manner.
We would like someone who can:
• Work in a fast-paced environment• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation• Good interpersonal skills – able to build and maintain relationships• Work and think outside the box where necessary
Desirable:
• A knowledge of logistics would be an advantage, but is not essential.
