Role: Customer Services Administrator
Salary: £22,500
Location: Tankersley
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am till 5pm

Our client specialises in providing advice for savings, investments, and insurance products. They are looking for somebody to be a key member of the busy Customer Services team.
Duties:
* Administering new and existing policies
* Trained, developed, and accredited so you’re equipped with the skills to deal with more complex policy claims.
* Database management
* Preparing documentation
* Payment processing
* Policy surrenders.
* Liaising with clients over telephone, email, on-line chat and face-to-face
* Deal with customer queries in an efficient and timely manner.
Successful candidate: -
* At least one years’ experience in administration/customer service
* Financial Services experience helpful but not essential
* Literacy and numeracy skills
* High degree of accuracy
* Organisational skills
* Good communications
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Good knowledge of Microsoft products
