The role is a mix of hands-on and admin work. Typical day can start by checking the priorities for fulfilment of stock, booking deliveries and then moving onto checking with current customers that they have received the goods and if they need any help with the systems.
There’s plenty of room for growth in this role, to work very closely with the business development team and look after our newest overseas customers. This involves doing demonstrations of the software we offer, listening to their needs and reporting to the management team.
Duties
- Assist with the coordination and execution of logistics activities within the warehouse
- Utilise warehouse management system to track inventory and manage orders
- Follow up with customers after receiving orders to check all is ok
- Support or/and assist technical team to provide customer support
- Assist the business development team by looking after the customers
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficient at using MS Excel or spreadsheet software
- Very keen on technology and to learn more about the product we manufacture and supply
