Your new company
This financial services company, based in Manchester, is looking to recruit some Customer Support Administrators on an ongoing temporary basis to help support an upcoming busy period.
Your new role
You will be responsible for handling customer queries via phone, live chat, emails, post, SMS. You will also be handling payments, updating personal information onto the in-house system, data processing, logging new information, sending emails in response to customer queries, and much more.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience within administration will help you succeed in this role. You're immediately available for work and can access the office in Manchester 5 days a week. You have excellent attention to detail, along with great communication and organisational skills. You have great customer service skills and can resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
