We are delighted to be partnered with our friendly, professional and established client as they seek to recruit a Client Support Administrator to join their experienced team within their offices in Haywards Heath. This role is available due to strong company growth levels and continued expansion. Excellent opportunity to join a really friendly team within a thriving and successful company. Client Support Administrator

Full time permanent role - office based role but with some opportunities to work from home in the future.

Mon-Fri only (Apply online only)

Role based in Haywards Heath. The office based around a ten minute walk from the station and there is free street parking available nearby.

Salary 25000- 26000 per annum, depending on experience plus excellent all round company benefits, including pension scheme, private health, life insurance and other benefits

The role - Client Support Administrator

My client provides outsourced business services to the Insurance Industry

Duties will include:

This role involves dealing with enquiries from clients both via email and phone, most queries come in via a shared inbox. The nature of the enquiry will dictate whether this is handled by the representative or passed on to specific member of staff within the business. There will also be several daily internal administrative tasks required for completion in line with responding to client queries.

You will be fluent in English both spoken and written, have a positive manner, be a quick learner, self-motivated and able to operate independently but within the training framework.

This is a responsible and important role, and the right person will be rewarded with a competitive salary, 4 weeks paid holiday and pension with a progressive approach to salary reviews.

The candidate we are looking for must enjoy working for small companies (currently 13 staff), like pets (sometimes there are dogs in the office) and be prepared to be involved in a busy but rewarding up and coming company which year on year continues to thrive.

Salary: between 25k -26k based on experience and capabilities, coupled with a very progressive salary review process based on hard work and dedication.

Experience, competencies and knowledge required:

Good Excel skills

A methodical and meticulous working manner.

Good communication skills, both written and spoken

A readiness to challenge colleagues, clients, and suppliers to ensure accuracy.

An ability to manage and prioritise multiple ongoing enquiries.
