Customer Service Executive East Hull £25,000-£30,000 Permanent Office-based

Your new company
You will be working for a well-established and growing manufacturing business in East Hull as a Customer Service Executive within their Customer Service Team. This role is fully office-based, and the working hours are Monday to Thursday, 08:30 - 17:00 and Friday, 08:30 - 16:00.
Your new role
You will manage your own key accounts from order through to delivery, providing excellent customer service at all times and timely updates. Your role will be varied and include:
Order processing
Liaising with production and planning teams to ensure timely deliveries
Completing export documentation and booking in of transport with external partners
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a proven track record in a customer service role and be able to work effectively within a fast-paced, time-dependent industry.
You will be a team player, able to work together to meet team goals and deadlines.
You will have strong IT skills and be able to quickly understand new processes.
