Product Designer

A leading global travel tech company who are dedicated to enhancing travel experience for millions of consumers worldwide are now seeking a Product Designer / UX UI Designer / User Experience Designer. Through innovative solutions and cutting-edge technology, they’ve revolutionized the travel industry for over two decades and now stand as one of the foremost travel tech companies in the world.

This client is backed by a successful PE firm and is highly profitable, with millions of global consumers using their platform.

This is a permanent full-time hybrid position, working in their central London (Zone 1) office 2 days per week. You will report into the Lead Product Designer.

The Product Designer / UX UI Designer / User Experience Designer will:

* Have a central role in exploring and delivering production-ready designs
* Design user flows and prototypes in order to validate user needs
* Work alongside the Lead Product Designer to ensure design execution meets business goals
* Help to deliver high-level design strategy and frame product implementations
* Help to prepare hypotheses for user research, promoting engagement in user research sessions
* Work alongside non-specialist stakeholders and take them through the design process
* Develop an understanding of the user base’s daily experiences, identify their challenges, and uncover areas for enhancing their interactions.

The Product Designer / UX UI Designer / User Experience Designer should have:

* Several years of experience in b2c product design or UX/UI within digital consumer products, particularly apps and websites
* A strong portfolio which demonstrates your data-driven design approach
* Experience designing products from the initial concept to prototype and implementation / testing
* Proficient in driving commercial success by recognizing customer value and implementing strategies to enhance performance.
* Possesses versatile expertise in qualitative research and designing solutions centered around user needs.
* Skilled in applying lean principles and collaborating with agile software engineering teams.
* Proficient in leveraging multi-variate testing methodologies to refine and optimize product performance.
